you'll need a pair of pliers, a torch & a tub of motor oil (used is OK)
hang on to the receiver with the pliers, heat it up till its nice & orange / white
then just drop it in the oil to quench it. Work on one section at a time it won't take long
If you want to get fancy a welding supply shop should have a special paste that you can put on the receiver and when it hits a certain temprature you will see it change colors.

Heat rails with torch until red, drop in a pan containing 1/4 " of brake fluid, then ignite brake fluid and let it burn away completely. This heat treats and tempers the metal both.
Heat the trigger and hammer holes with torch until red, and quench in oil or water.

fire up the map gas. heat area until red hot and is de-magnitized. use the magnet on the end of a scribe (like a pencil eraser sized magnet). pull oil pan drain plug on jeep and quench heated area. repeat until done...including all pin holes and ejector. take pictures and post on the internet.

I use a pair of vise grips and a map gas kit from home depe and used motor oil. Once it is all hardened I temper everything by sticking it in the oven at 500 degrees for 1 hour. (Smells horrible, do not do it when the MRS. is home)
