Alright I have a few odd parts that I have left over from previous projects and was going through them thinking about selling them but just can't bring myself to getting rid of them when just a few more parts and I can get another rifle. Only problem is I have some parts that need to be refinished and just won't feel right putting those parts on. So (sorry for nooby question) what would be the best type of finish to put on? I've heard of some types that go on looking nice but after some use come off. Any info would be appreciated(ease of application, durability, etc.) Put a couple rifles together before but finish was great so never had to worry about this before.

I agree with Jerod. Gunkote over park. With Brownells selling Gunkote in small spray bombs it's easier than ever and very tough. All you need is an oven.

Good Luck

Thanx for replies guys. Already did a search and read up. Looks like from what I read so far Gunkotes been idiot proofed for amatures like me. Thanx again already drooling with anticipation about the project.
