Can anybody tell me what the brass tube in a para set is for? I dont know what it is and where to get one. Thanks

It connects the two smaller, inner, recoil springs. The two small springs connect together and then slip inside the large, full length, outer recoil spring. Then both sets go into the back of the bolt carrier, followed by lining up the guide rod in the top cover, as you slip it on.

Ye olde recoil spring guide tube.
They aren't always made of brass.
But most look pretty much like this.
This part will not endure rough handling either.
Bend it and you're fugked.

I was looking at falcon arms para parts and theirs looks like brass or something. I am geting a kit that is missing this part so I am trying to locate it.
Thanks for the good advice and the picture of you holding it in your hand was perfect.

I wanted to know the part name so I could order it from falcon arms but they just responded to me by email and they can hook me up with one.
