Anyone reload 7.62x54R? - Need Dummy Rounds

Need some dummy rounds in 7.62x54R. Anyone Reload who can make some for me?

Prefer to pull the bullet, dump the powder, and pop the primer, the recrimp the bullet. I'll drill holes in the case. Seems better than dealing with resizing . .. .

Anyway, need some for a manual I'm doing on the PKM.

I would be happy to drop 15 pieces of brass in the mail to you. Let me know via email or PM. They are Winchester once fired with the expended primers still in the case.
