Would like to see a witness mark on the bottom of the reciever? Like the ones on the reciever stubs. It would make barrel indexing so much easier. :D

BRM308, I was surprised when I looked at the bottom of DSA, Hesse, and Imbel (waiting on 2 Williams) receivers, no witness marks! Yes they would be nice. But, still could not come close to assembly of an AR15 (4 AR15's to 1 FNFAL),,,FIRE BARRIER UP! :D :D

As I understood it the witness marks were placed AFTER the receiver had been barrelled - too many variations in the parts to line up all the time, it was just a mark to be used as a reference point for THAT gun.
