View Full Version : Household tool for Adjusting Front Sight

A pair of tweezers with about 1/16" tips works great for adjusting the front sight. Just press the two tips into the holes, and turn. Tooth picks weren't strong enough, and I didn't have any needle nose pliers with thin enough tips. Just though someone might find this useful... :)

Hey jos,
Good tip. I have used needle nose pliers, hemostats, and finally- corn stickers, but never thought of tweezers.
I really should break down and buy the tool, but a little engineering always works. Will try tweezers next :D

"GP Manual" recommends straight snap-ring pliers...perhaps a true one-size-fits all solution.
