Its not bad but there was a problem with some of the rounds being very badly corroded. At $139 per k i would order it again.

If this is the ammo I think it is,I purchased 1,000 rounds of it
last summer.
After using this ammo, you will spend so much time cleaning
your rifle and waste so much $$$$ on extra cleaning supplies,
you'll realize that you would have saved money by buying SA.
I still have a few hundred rounds of it left.
I'm actually scared to use it ,and I would feel guilty if I
endangered someone else by pawning it off on them.
You can physically FEEL a diferent kick from round to round.
This is for the Argentine in topless boxes with a purple color
around the primers, not the fully boxed ammo with green around
the primers.
Out of I'd say every 2 boxes (40 rounds) on average you'll get :
5 rounds that won't fire on the first try .
1 That will not fire at all.
4 other rounds with some kind of green crusty substance
on the case around the bullet.
You can easily see the difference in the depth of where
the primers sit. Some very low, others dangerously high.
Some rounds will also fire slowly with a nasty stench,
almost like a muzzleloader.Thuuuuuu -boom !
Basicly,
This stuff makes Indian look good.

Emergency resources has Aussie .308 at 50cents a round?? No wonder they still have some. I hesitated a little when I got mine 2 yrs ago at 17cents a pop......... glad I gave in and bought all I could.

Maybe call them and ask?
Buy a can and tell the rest of us?
If you have money for .308 right now, why not be the guy that bought the last can of south african?
you already have 3k of it, that way you don't have to re-sight your weapons for different ammo.
there are benefits to standardization
