Had all the in-laws down from Portland today and treated everyone to some grilled Spring Chinook. My usual recipe is the one that is all wrapped in foil. I tried a couple fillets on the open grill, after soaking in Yoshida's gourmet sauce for 12 hours. I must say the for the first time doing it this way, it was mighty tasty!! My old reliable wrapped in foil recipe was still the crowd favorite.

Salt, pepper, johnny's seasoning salt, onion, garlic, lemon slices, butter, and freshed squeezed lemon juice. 15-20 minutes on the grill.:beer: :beer: :beer:
