Is this an ARMS#4 Mount?

The guy I bought it from in 2001 said it was an ARMS#4 mount. I took it out of storage and I just realized that it's not stamped with an ARMS logo. It has a 3/4 rail and rivets similar to an ARMS mount. Any help would be appreciated... thanks, Mark

looks like one. My ARMS 4 has no markings either.

Yes its aparently the original version with the short (or 3/4) rail. I have one just like it.
