Very nice Splatt, what type of antler did he use for the handle and what is used for the spacers?

I can feel the envy creeping up my spine, trying to get me to buy another knife.................

Very nice lookin knife, Splat. I like the blade shape and the handle design. Did it come with a sheath?

Nice- what sort of steel did he use?
The spacers look to be leather(?) washers with nickel silver or brass thin spacers.
Whippin out a sheath should be child's play after makin a knife like that! Looks like it would ride well in the hand- I still prefer antler over about any other grip material. Antler was growed to be the perfect handle material, just another example of nature's perfection!

okay, just talked to the driver, and this is what he told me..

he made the blade out of r 417 steel, and it goes all the way thru the handle.
the handle is made from an epoxy filled deer antler, and the spacers are epoxy brass.
the rest is brass.
and yes it fits my hand nicely and is well balanced.

hope this helps, as i haven't a clue about steel or epoxy spacers ????

but i do know i like the knife.
