1st Gen night vision devices

Hey guys !

What are good buys on 1st Gen. night vision devices ? I'm looking for monoculars or binoculars, handheld, not goggles.

I'd like to invest about $150 on those ( or less ? )

Any input appreciated...........as well as user reports.
