Good Evening Folks!
While I watch the Olympics and I'm not far from hitting the rack, my mind switched over to AK Building. Just in time, HBF had their 24" bolt cutters on sale for $8.99. To darn hard to pass up. Anyway, I'm looking for the plans/directions for the grinding and cutting of the jaws turn this bad boy into a riveter. I'm sure their are directions somewhere on the web, if you could just point me in the right direction. Thanks All! RB

Here is a link to a very useful site.

A decent view of modified bolt cutters

I used a Dremel with ceramic cut-off wheels and the pictures from the second link to make my rivet crusher. Works quite well. Use the 24" cutters to start with. I don't think smaller ones will have enough reach.
