Try www.savsonswordsandknives.com. They also stock Case knives, hopefully also the model that you're looking for.

I like their prices on SOG ( one of my fav brands ) , as they are lower than everyone else.

You might try Smokey Mountain Knife Works I think they're called. Do web search they got every thing from Kissing Crane, to Case XX. They send me a catalogue every now and again prices seem reasonable.
