Anyone know how long beef jerky will last in the vacume sealed pouches, store bought! If keep inside at temp between 65-75 degrees.

Most food in grocery stores have an expiration date stamp on them somewhere, but most packaged foods have a year shelf life at room temperature as long as sealed.
Do a search for the "food storage FAQ's" online, I believe the author is Alan Hagan (Hagen?) IT has a bunch of storage date code information in it.

Beef jerky or even turkey jerky don't last around my house for me to find out about the expiration date..

What Whirlibird said. My wife can't get enough of the stuff at times and I come across some every now and again that's been "stashed". I've learned to be cautious because even if it won't "hurt" you, it sure tastes like poo. Seems to be one of the limiting factors to a lot of stored food. Even when it's not "bad" bad, the taste and texture get so awful it's something you'd just as soon not be eating.:skull:
