Does anyone have an email address or full postal address for the IOR people in the USA, not the PO Box.
I am wanting to return a scope for repair but do not seem to be able to get any answers.
The FAL seems to have rattled the IOR M2 so much that it has lost the nitrogen fill and there are now marks on the reticle.

Tried leaving a phone message, but no answer. Need the full postal address as I am shipping from New Zealand

Good luck on getting Val to do anything right. For a full and fair report on this look in the 2005 edition of Boston's Gun Bible. Boston was totally sold on IOR scopes , particularly the M2 until he and SEVERAL other friends and readers had problems with scopes which Val basically said the damage was a result of owner abuse. The glass is supurb, the concept is great, the service in the USA is tough luck in the outhouse-ville. The latest edition of BGB basically has a retraction in which he can no longer in good conscience recommend the IOR products.....after being their greatest non paid advocate for four years! New recommendation is the Burris Fullfield with Ballistiplex. The goal : best glass for a battle rifle under 400 bucks. Burris comes in under 200 on sale with free spotting scope. What a shame that a former com bloc entrepreneur can't seem to get the idea of SERVICE that we want in thiis country. That said, when I had a problem with MY M2 (adjustment screws on the turrets were cookie dough soft) DSA found some really hard hex screws and sent them to me for FREE! I can gripe all day about being on the waiting list for a para kit, having gas pistons backordered for months, yada yada yada, but at least DSA has always come through in service when something went wrong.

Wow,

When I had a problem with an old 8x hunting scope due to some bubbles in the glass, I sent it to Valdada and then sent me back a new one. Even though I was the second owner. Took them a long time but it was new, no questions asked.
