I have been thinking about getting my CCW license for a long time, in light of the crazy stuff that happens during disasters such as hurricanes or other catastrophic events, I have decided now its time to get it.

I am going to try here for the license >> http://www.semperfirearms.com/

So...... today I purchased a CZ40P to fit the bill. Yeah yeah, I know its a little big,... but I wanted a bigger caliber for better deterrent if I ever need to use it, 40. caliber, 10 round mag.

I ordered it from JG sales, you won't see the CZ40p on their website, but in their Shot Gun news add the are listed for $299. NIB.

(I just realized I hit 1000 posts, THANKS fellow FALers for the good company  )

Since I never tuck my shirts in, this is how I will wear it.

A wise choice i would think. I carry a FS 1911 and the bigger guns arent really that hard to hide under a light shirt. I agree, the bigger the bullet the better...who has the signature line that in effect, states, "I maybe killed by the gun i carry but if i am, they will have to beat me to death with it, there wont be any bullets left..."?

That CZ 40P is a great choice. I've had mine for about a year and love it. Shoots great with fmj and hits HARD with goldensaber's! Accuracy and reliability are typical cz excellence. I almost bought another a while back b/c it's a great value for that price. Its light like a glock, but all steel and alloy. I may get a light for mine for use as a nightime home defence pistol.

Just curious, what leather do you have in that pic?
