One of the resident does at work is sporting twin fawns now. Too cute. Hope the coyotes stay away as guns are a no-no. I saw a blacktail buck yesterday who is gonna have a 22" rack this fall. Huge velvet & wide spread. He had a couple youngsters following his lead who should be forked horns or one of them maybe a 3 point.:)

One fawn is gone now. Last night a mechanic saw a cougar with 2 kits. One of the kits took down the fawn. Ever since the bunny huggers got hunting with dogs outlawed in this state, the cougar population has expolded. A welder filled out a hazardous condition report today as the LDA were this occurred has lots of workers and noise 24/7. The damn cats have no fear and tracks show they walk around trucks and shops quite often. The concern is a worker outside could get between mama and the young uns without really knowing it and have hell to pay. Hopefully a DFW hunter can come and lower the population.

I wonder what OSHA's take on this would be??? Of course, calling them would be the last resort.

I don't mind the cats eating. Glad it wasn't a car or poacher that took out the fawn.
