Did any Imbel rifles that were used in African countries receive camo paint jobs? If so, are there any pics of them?

Thanks,
Jason

Search "Images" Forum for "camo", you won't have enough time in the next week to see them all.

Yeah that is the catch, for some reason any combination of camo in the search produces more hits than I need, primarily South African R1's. Nothing about Imbels, at least nothing that jumped out at me amongst the 5 pages of hits I got. I assume Rhodesia probably got Imbels also?

Gary Jeter,

Is it just the pic, or does your rifle furniture look more like "normal" shades of camo colors instead of the blue green/puke yellow most of the African FAL's have? Is it original?

Thanks,
Jason

One other question. Is that an Imbel kit or an R1 kit? I see no grenade wing on the gas plug, but the handguards look more like R1's than Imbels??
