Here is an 17" crappie from Lake Fork and a stringer (we keep all fish in ice chest on ice) that we cobbled together to show one limit.

Geeze, just rub it in. While working yesterday, I passed over Fork, Ray Hubbard AND Lake Lewisville. Looking at the choppy waves and lack of boats, I didn't feel any regret not pulling over and wetting a line UNTIL NOW!

Are you going to be at Fork anytime this weekend? I'm really going to try and convince the boss that I need off.:biggrin:
Wait a second, a 17 inch Crappie? That sucker weighs at least 3 1/4 pounds. Holy Moly.:bow:

Actually caught 2 thay size,look at the stringer pic you'll see them.I plan on going Sunday night.I'm getting all of these night fishing.I'm going tonight,I'll let you know how I did.

You want monster crappie go to Kentucky Lake in the spring. Ive seen stringers of crappie with an average length of 14 inches.
