I believe (am not certain though) ABNI is the company that makes the receivers or forgings for Enterprise. Then enterprise finishes them.

Hey Paul,
Are your entreprise recievers marked as made in Buena Park Ca USA( early ones)
or Irwindale Ca. ( later ones)

I have a Buena Park Entreprise, and it is wonderful !

( No ABNI on it that I can see)

The Buena Park receivers don't seem to have the ABNI stamp over the locking shoulder. All of the Irwindale ones I have seen do have it. I think it is an attempt to copy the heat number designation stamped on some of the original SAF receivers. Some of the original SAF receivers had the numbers located over the locking shoulder, most had them on the bottom of the receiver near the proofs. I seem to remember that I have a Lithgow receiver stub with ABNI stamped over the shoulder. It was from a NZ L1A1 built by Entreprise in 93-94, right about the time they were making the receivers
