What type of rifle scope do you use for hunting or sport shooting?
I have been looking at a few rubber armored rifle scopes for my FN FAL but can't really decide what I need.
I mainly do sport shooting from 100-400 yards and can't decide on what my needs are.
I already have a collapsable/swivel mount so I can still use the peeps but would like decent scope that won't break the wallet.

Any suggestions?

I use a tasco super sniper 10x42. Its a nice scope for around $300.00. I'm sure others can name cheaper scopes that work real well to but I like the mil dot.

My MBR's do NOT wear glass, but Im kind of partial to Leupold for my hunting rifles.
If I could afford It I would step up to Zeiss, Lica, Swarski ...

Why not a Trilux SUIT, it is not a sniping scope true but it pops off for irons and retains zero. Darned tough and looks right on the rifle it was designed for.

Sandsleep,
Where did you find the 10x SuperSniper for $300? The side wheel paralex adjustment model is $400 at SWFA. Please get back as I'm fixing to order one.
