got a friend named george that has lion dogs.
we've had lots of snow the past few days and now is the time to hunt.
he is leaving out at midnight to search for tracks, and i am to call him at 5am, to see if he found any.
if so, then i have 2 hours to find him,as he doesnt turn the hounds loose til daylight.

wish him luck, for him to find a big male.
and me, for getting him.
taking stubby, i think a well place 55 gr v max will be more than enough to bring him down outta the tree.
he doesn't allow shooting females....

night , night all, i am tired from working all day, and need some rest so i can run with the dogs...

if all goes well, pics tommorrow...

(please god,let us get a cat !) amen..........:bigangel:

Good luck! I think that sometimes we hunt to hunt and that we do not hunt to kill. Or we kill to hunt , not visa-versa. Sounds like fun.

My brother-in-law got himself a cat this year. The dogs ran it for three days and two nights.
Hope you're in shape Splat!

BTW, that cat killed 3 of his friend's dogs because they got so far ahead of them and couldn't catch up. They continued on through the second night instead of stopping and that's the reason they finally caught the cat.
