anyone else run into a Hesse with a sear cut ejector block? the pivoting lug isn't cut for a sear, but the ejector block has the cut. is this legal to build up?

can anyone cite a source? i'm going to call the tech. branch to CYA if i can't get a solid source.

Check for a blob of weld in the autosear slot, some used to use the ejector block but would put a weld in it just in case, I don't think I'd worry to much about it anyway.

no blob, just the open slot where the auto sear would go through if the pivot hole were miller 1/8 inch.

Nobody cares about the ejector block. Use it and have fun. If the receiver floor isn't cut for the sear nose, and milled at the pivot block, then you have nothing to worry about.
I've seen Century-built guns with the full-auto ejector block, as well as more kit-built guns than I can remember.

The Williams Arms receiver that I got, early out of spec version, has a full auto ejector block installed.
