I picked up this poncho because I liked the pattern, but I cant figure out exactly what it is. Marked inside; "MTA" plus a crest that includes wording "Angkatan Tentera Malaysia"
The only refrence I can find for Malaysia camo is for a woodland pattern adopted in the 80's. Anyone have a clue what this is ???
Thanks, YOOO VINNY

Hard to tell without having them side by side. I know the Indons copied the Brit's DPCU so maybe the Malay did soemthing similar.
Hope that helps.

Hey Andy
Just sent you some mail earlier today when I got home, Thanks again Mate :)
The pattern is close to the Belgain and also the Greek, Portugese and French "lizard" patterns, but dosent seem exactly the same as any of them. I wouldent be too surprised if it's not a repro of one of them, made in Malaysia. It dosent really matter all that much to me, I bought it because I liked it, whatever it is
Cheers, YOOO VINNY
