Chrome Lined Barrel Blanks?

I am gathering parts for the Meeper quick change caliber conversion in .223, 9mm, and .308 and would prefer chrome lined barrels (since I am lazy at cleaning). I have done searches for the past week on the Internet but have come up empty. Has anyone heard of chrome lined barrel blanks?

The problem with chrome lined blanks would be cutting the chamber. You would cut through the chrome lining.

So I guess that they start out with regular barrel blanks, chamber them, then send off for chrome lining? Does anyone know if/where this service is offered?

I have never seen it offered. If you are going to "roll your own" barrel then you will have to do without the chrome lining.
