Does or will a loose muzzle device degrade accuracy? Is it in danger of launching off the barrel if it is loose? It rotates ever so slightly, like 1 degree or less, back and forth. Should it be re-pinned? If so, how do you get the blind pin out? It's too small for the hole but big enough not to fall out. Just drill it? Obviously it isn't welded over yet.
