Aussie 308 & Mags in Ohio

With spring weather coming on, I'm getting an itchy trigger finger. It's time to stock up on Aussie 308 while it's still around. I talked with Dan (Dan's Sporting Goods) about a group buy for Fal-filers. The light is green, let's make this a GO!
Dan thinks the Aussie will be all gone in the next 60days.

Price: $123.00 per case.

Also, FAl mags are going to be available for around $3.00 ea. or so depending on what Dan finds - Imbels or Herstals.

If anyone is interested, 7.62X39 can also be included at the same time. I'll get a price if enough people are interested.

I'll pickup everything at Dan's & deliver to a chosen spot or two for you.

Pickup points along Interstate 77 from Cambridge to Akron and Interstate 70 from Columbus to Cambridge work for me. As more of you respond, logical drop spots will become apparent.

Anyway, let me hear from you soon on this one. We'll get some good ammo at a great price and show a little support for one of our board's sponsors.

Sorry to let this lie idle for so long, but it's time to get this "group buy" moving. I spoke with Dan again today and he's got us covered on this group buy, but the Aussie is virtually gone. There will be no more Aussie coming. Get it now or forever wish you had. Dan is out of 7.62X39 & 45acp & Dan can not find enough mags to offer on this deal so mags are out.

The deal is simple : Aussie 308 blister packed 800 rd case for $123.00 delivered to two pickup points, one in Dover area & one in Columbus area.

Pickup dates & time scheduled for Dover the 4/24 & Columbus 4/25. I'll post exact times later when I see who's in on this. Terms, COD - cash or check will work.

This is my understanding of what's going on:

Ohlar will pick up ammo Friday the 23rd.
I'm meeting him Saturday morning at New Phily and will pick up ammo for Fal Grunt, Ohfal, Cal50 and myself.
Sunday Ohlar will be running to Columbus. I don't know where that meeting place is. Get hold of garybob if you don't rear from Ohlar.

If any of the above is not correct someone straighten us out.

Way cool Ohlar, thanx for putting this together for us. You bringing those great cannon boxes you were talking about.? There great for packing and storing stuff in.
